Deliveries

Do you deliver to my area / postcode?

See a list of suburbs we deliver to here.

There's a postcode checker in checkout too. You'll only be able to checkout if we service your area.

Do you charge delivery fees?

We’ve tried to keep it as fair as possible for both you and us. We have a small delivery fee of $8.00 for orders under $100. All orders above $100 are free ;)

What day do you deliver?

We deliver every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons generally between 1-5pm. We'll send you a text on the morning of delivery to let you know what time we'll be there.

What if I'm not home during the scheduled delivery time?

Not a problem! If you live in a house and you’re not home we’ll leave your order in a safe, shady place. If you’re in a shared complex like an apartment we'll leave it at the main entrance. Your driver will send you a photo of where they've left it. If you know you're not home, just let us know the morning of.

Can I pick up my order from the shop?

Yes! We offer click and collect. It’s free to pick up from our shop at 217-219 Thomas Street Haymarket. You can choose this at checkout.

You don’t deliver to my area, will you expand your postcodes?

We’d love to be able to deliver our fresh produce to everyone in Sydney but it’s just not possible at the moment. We do take note of high interest areas so if you’re super keen, drop us a note to let us know what suburb you want us to deliver to. Or even better, gather a bunch of friends, neighbors or family in your area to make it worthwhile for us and we’ll consider it for sure! 

How will I know when my order will be delivered on the day?

On the day of delivery, we will send you a text in the morning with a 3 hr time frame of when your order will be delivered to make sure that you’re home. 


Can I return the box from my online delivery?

Yes of course! We love that you ask that, we want to reduce wastage as much as possible. Hand in your old box back to us on your next order. 

Ordering online

Do you have a minimum spend?

We have a $50 minimum spend, excluding yum cha items.


I want to put some special instructions or requests for my order, how do I do this?

No problems! There's a section in the checkout where you can leave notes. Be specific with what you want, eg. ‘Chop up my 1kg roast pork crackling’. You can also email us at hello@seasonsfruitmarket.com.au with your requests too, remember to provide us with your order number.

I want to save the items in my cart to shop for later.

Easy! All you need to do is create an account and be logged in. When you're logged in and add items into your cart, they'll be saved there automatically. 

Can I add or change items to an order I’ve already placed?

Yep sure can! Just text us on 0478 153 644 with your order number and what you want changed.

I want something that you don’t have on your website?

Yas ofcourse! Lots of our customers ask us for particular brands or items that’s not on the website. We might stock it! If we do, we’ll add it onto the site for you to purchase. Text us on 0478 153 644 or email us at hello@seasonsfruitmarket.com.au.

I’m having issues creating/accessing my account.

Products

What if I’m not happy with some of the products in my delivery?

If you’re not happy with your order, we’re definitely not! We want you to be 100% satisfied. Tell us right away if you find that something is not up to standard. Take a photo of it and send it to us so we can see what the issue is and so it doesn’t happen again. We’ll happily refund you or put a credit on your account. 


I’m missing something from my order. Will I be charged for it?

Sometimes we might not be able to provide you with some of the items you’ve ordered. We’ll usually contact you before packing your order and we’ll provide you with a credit, refund or if you’d like another item that’s similar. 

I want a product that’s out of stock.

Bummer. If something is out of stock and you desperately need it, drop us an email or text. We will try our best to help you out! 


I’ve noticed some of your fruit and veggie prices change?

Fruit and veg prices change week to week so you might notice that prices change on our website. We update them weekly to keep our prices competitive and reflective of the market. Prices are dependent on seasons, weather changes, availability and supplier costs. 

How can you ensure that you pack the right weight of produce for me?

Fruit and veggies are never the same size and weight so at the time of packing we can almost never fulfil your order to the exact weight. Eg. you’ve put down 500 gram we’ll pack 515grams -  always over and never under and you won’t be charged for the extra. Sometimes when we hit the exact gram it’s like hitting the jackpot 😂.

Do you sell bulk quantities / wholesale?

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay.


Can I pay in cash when my order is delivered?

Sorry 😟. We don’t accept cash payments on delivery. Please pay through the methods offered in our check out.
