There are different breeds of Gai Lan and this is 'Hong Kong Gai Lan' that we supply to our restaurants. They are smaller in size with a darker colour to them. Hand picked from local Asian farms the night before. Crunchy and really sweet. All you need to do is boil it and add a bit of Oyster sauce and sesame oil.
